Energy minister won’t appeal high court ruling on nuclear energy

Mmamoloko Kubayi will not appeal last month’s ruling that government’s attempts to secure 9.6 gigawatts of nuclear energy were unlawful.

“I have decided that I will not be appealing the decision of the Western Cape High Court on this matter,” Kubayi said on Saturday.
